Registration

You can use a paper registration form and send it to your course provider by post or email.

To get a copy of the form, contact your course provider.  They can also help you with the registration process.

You can register by using a paper registration form.  However, an email address ensures that you can gain the following:

- exercises to accompany your course level

- news about events

- a chance to give feedback on your experiences

You can easily create an email address, and your course provider can help you do this.

We suggest that you:

- check that all mandatory fields in the registration form have been completed

- check that your email address is correct

- check that the message isn’t in your junk or spam folder

- clear your browser’s CACHE to ensure you’re using the latest version of learnwelsh.cymru

If you still have problems, contact your course provider. 

You already entered some details when you created an account on learnwelsh.cymru.

You don’t need to re-enter all the information, but you’ll need to provide some details when registering for another course.

This ensures your information is accurate and up to date. 

Contact your course provider.  They’ll help you register for the correct course.

On the registration form, you must enter a UK address.  Your course provider may contact you for more information before you start the course.

You can reset your password on the Login page.  The Login button is at the top of every page on the site.

One of our tutors will contact you to discuss your options.  If there’s a space on the course and you’re at the right level, it’s usually possible to join late.
