About us
The National Centre for Learning Welsh leads the Learn Welsh sector and works with 10 providers across Wales to hold a range of courses. More than 20,000 people completed our courses in 2024-2025, the highest ever number. Everyone is welcome to enjoy learning and using the Welsh language. Celebrating learning Welsh
Between 10-16 October, BBC Radio Cymru and S4C will host a week-long celebration of learning Welsh, ‘Wythnos Dathlu Dysgu Cymraeg.’ It’s an opportunity to hear some inspiring stories, and enjoy items and programmes for Welsh learners and new speakers.
