Many congratulations to Joe Healy, winner of the Welsh Learner of the Year competition at the 2022 Ceredigion National Eisteddfod.
Joe is from Wimbledon, London, but has lived in Cardiff for 10 years. He came to the capital to study, and started learning Welsh in 2018.
Congratulations, also, to the other three finalists Stephen Bale, Ben Ó Ceallaigh, and Sophie Tuckwood.
