WEEK COURSE: ADVANCED II PART 1+2 – Full Board The focus is on developing your spoken Welsh, with opportunities to discuss all kinds of subjects. You’ll also get to improve your reading, writing, listening skills. A course that allows students to study the culture of the Welsh through the medium of the Welsh language. Each course is different to ensure that students can attend more than once, but each course consists of the following elements: • history • literature • local attractions Every Higher 2 course is suitable for Welsh learners (Higher level) or native Welsh speakers who want to learn more about their history and culture. The themes of these courses will be available on our website very soon!

WHY FIGHT FOR THE WELSH LANGUAGE?
Why is the language so important to the people of Wales?
A course that takes a look on some of the greatest campaigns
for the land and the language in Wales during the C20.
It's a lively course that discusses history along with protest
songs. We will be inspired by the Fire in Llyn, the Beasleys,
Tryweryn, Cymdeithas yr Iaith and its birth at Trefechan.
Come to understand what fires people to raise their
voice for Wales and to get to grips with modern Welsh
politics. We welcome a spectrum of all kind of opinions!
