Being immersed in a language is a great way to develop my ongoing attempts at learning Welsh, and Nant Gwrtheyrn has certainly done that. Each day was packed full, and there was not time for me to sulk or begin to wonder if I was doing the right thing attending the course. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a variety of teaching across the week, lending itself to every learning style. From listening, speaking, writing, entertainment and trips out, the course really has it all.

Excellent tutor Sue Williams - patient, very helpful, makes every lesson interesting and takes us through at a suitable pace, reinforcing, practising, encouraging.

It’s great to be mostly self-study and then have regular sessions every few units to consolidate everything.

I love the flexibility of the course, as was finding it difficult with work commitments to commit to the same time every week.

The course met my expectations in terms of content and level of formality/informality. The tutor was friendly and encouraging and I came away feeling more confident about speaking Welsh.
