Croeso

Clwb Cwtsh is a partnership between the National Centre for Learning Welsh and Early Years specialists, Mudiad Meithrin.

Clwb Cwtsh introduces Welsh words and phrases that are relevant to raising young children.
Clwb Cwtsh encourages learners to use and enjoy Welsh with their children.
The sessions are light-hearted and fun, and use singing and games.
Virtual and face-to-face sessions are available.

Learner experience

I love the fact that Clwb Cwtsh has helped me to speak Welsh with my children. The sessions have helped my confidence to speak Welsh daily.

I want my son to grow up speaking Welsh, so Clwb Cwtsh was the perfect way to start. He really loves songs and stories, and the sessions have given me the confidence to read and sing with him.

For me, learning new vocabulary has been very useful, and I've been encouraged to use the vocabulary outside of the classroom.

The content, duration, and schedule of the course was ideal, and I have now registered for an Entry level course. Every week, I'm learning more vocabulary, and I'm looking forward to speaking more Welsh at home.
