Colin Jackson jumps at the chance of learning Welsh
Olympic sprinter and hurdler, Colin Jackson, from Cardiff, is among several celebrities taking part in a new S4C entertainment series, ‘Iaith ar Daith’ (Welsh on tour) which is sponsored by learnwelsh.cymru
Colin joins actor and author Ruth Jones, presenter Carol Vorderman and other high-profile names in the series, which starts at 8.00pm on Sunday, 19 April.
The celebs will be paired with other well-known faces, including presenter Eleri Siôn, actor Gillian Elisa and weather presenter Owain Williams, who will support and mentor them to complete a number of linguistic challenges.
